The Structural Diagnostic is a highly structured, forensic deep dive into your operations. We map the friction points, identify the specific bottlenecks stalling your growth, and deliver the hard logic required to set the baseline for execution. It is substantive, clear, and sets the tone for how we operate.
The Investment: Baseline $2488 CAD (Flat Fee). (Note: This is a baseline entry point for single-entity operation. FOr highly complex or multi-location enterprises, diagnostic serves as Phase 1 of your architecture, and the fee is fully credited toward your integration retainer).
The Structure (4 Strategy Sessions; Structure customized based on the enterprise/industry):
Session 1: The Vision Audit. Extracting the Founder’s intent and identifying the gap between the “Vision” and “Reality”
Session 2: The Stress Test. Analyzing Organizational Chart & Financial Statements to find the “Red Flag” Risks.
Session 3: The Bottleneck Hunt. Identifying the single biggest Constraint preventing enterprise leverage right now.
Session 4: The Blueprint. We present to you the ”Operational Architecture Blueprint” an Execution and/or Optimization Plan.
The Outcome: At the end of Session 4, alignment is naturally revealed. You have two options to consider:
