With a background spanning financial services, entrepreneurship, and corporate leadership, he founded ESM Advisory with a clear vision: to help leaders and business owners navigate complexity, unlock opportunities, and build enduring enterprises.

Outside of his advisory work, Ed is deeply committed to family, community engagement, and competitive athletics. As a proud born and raised Edmontonian, he is the father of two teenage daughters and actively contributes to youth development through coaching competitive basketball and soccer programs. Ed also serves on the board of a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing early childhood learning. With a strong foundation in fostering and mentoring leadership, he brings a values-driven approach to both his professional and personal endeavours.
